22
Q

(B767) The maximum fuel imbalance between left and right main tanks for all operations….

Not required

A

Main tank fuel load
48,000 lbs or less…………2500 lbs.
48,000 to 79,800 lbs…….linear reduction to 1500 lbs.
79,800 lbs or greater…….1500 lbs.

23
Q

The center tank fuel pumps must be off for takeoff……………………..(AD 2002-19-52)

A

if center tank fuel is less than 5000 pounds with the aircraft readied for initial taxi.

24
Q

Both Center Tank Fuel Pump switches must be selected OFF when….. (AD 2002-19-52)

A

center tank fuel quantity reaches approximately 1000 pounds during climb, cruise or descent.

25
Flaps 30
If flaps 30 approach speed (Vref 30 + additive for winds and gusts) is higher than 167 knots, use flaps 25 and Vref 25 for landing
26
Maximum speed in RVSM airspace
.90 Mach
27
FLCH
Do not use FLCH on final approach below 1000 feet AFE
28
Automatic landing: Winds Glideslope angles Flaps
Headwind 25k Crosswind 25k Tailwind 15k 3.25° 2.5° Flaps 25 or 30 only
29
Engine ignition
“SHIVS” Continuous ignition must be on encountering: -heavy rain -severe turbulence -volcanic ash -icing conditions -standing water or slush on runway Note: continuous ignition is automatically provided when nacelle anti-ice is on
30
Speedbrakes
Use of speedbrakes in flight with flaps extended past 20 is not recommended
31
VNAV selection
If leveling off within 2000 feet after changing altimeter setting from QNE to QNH or QNH to QNE, do not use VNAV to execute the level off if QNH is less than 29.70 in/1006 hPA. After the level off is complete, VNAV may be re-engaged
32
Fuel
If the FUEL LOW CTR L or R message displayed, both CWT override/jettison fuel pumps must be selected OFF. If the FUEL PRESS CTR L or R message is displayed, the corresponding CWT override/jettison pump must be selected OFF.
