A
- He has a good hand off with both arms. Bilateral transfer has occurred from limb to limb as he has a good understanding of the cognitive aspects of the skill

- Catastrophe theory says performance increases with arousal to a certain point then suddenly drops. Inverted U also says this but more gradual. Dom has high arousal and high performance, but controls this well to avoid these drops

A
- The point at which all mass can be said to be evenly distributed. Bending knees for lower centre of mass means more stability, rather than bending at hips. This means it falls within base of support.

- Acceleration = final velocity - initial velocity / time taken. Final velocity is not much larger than initial, meaning acceleration is low. Opponents can catch up.
