when do we use logarithmic differentiation
when there is a variable that has a exponent of another variable
what are the steps
fist make it equal to y then multiply both sides by natural log (ln) then take the derivative d/dx of both sides but for the y side multiply the answer by dy/dx then just isolate the dy/dx and the y value that you move to the other side replace it with what it originally equaled to so your left with no y’s
