Anaphorical repetitions of in every creates universal sense of suffering but “cry” arguably does subvert masculine standards, painting London as extremely antagonising

However the “manacles” suggest that this oppression is yes a direct result of economic and religious control but also potentially self influence
Why are there capital letters ?
To describe sections of society. The speaker is clearly observant as they “wamnder” through each charted street. Interesting as highlighting them as individuals acknowledges the struggle that Blake is implying humanity as a whole is facing
