Thyroidectomy + central neck dissection
- Adjv RAI: I-131 (does not work on medullary or anaplastic)
- TSH suppression
- EBRT if high risk for LC
If doesn’t respond to above:
- TKI (Lenvatinib)
- PDL-1i (pembrolizumab)
- BRAFi (dabrafenib/trametenib)
