• Smoothly roll into a 50°bank (commercial).
• As the turn is being established, control wheel back pressure should be smoothly increased to increase
the angle of attack in order to maintain the entry altitude.
• Increase power to maintain the entry airspeed.
Don’t forget power switch back and clean up

• Set aps to up (0°).
• 68 KIAS a
• Ex roll to a 45°, then neutralize the rudder and ailerons.
• Smoothly, firmly and progressively increase the angle of attack by increasing control wheel back pressure until
an onset stall develops.

VMC Demonstration - MRA 3,000 feet AGL.

Recovery:
• reduce power on operating engine and decrease the angle of attack, regain airspeed and directional control.
• Advance power smoothly on the operating engine as and accelerate to VXSE/VYSE as appropriate.
• Warm the engine that was set to idle at 15 inches MP and 2000 RPM (as necessary).
• Return to cruise power setting when the airplane is in normal level flight.
