  • Ensure resources meet incident demands.
  • Establish Key Locations: announce the Staging Area and
    Incident Entry Point.
  • Maintain Transportation Corridor: incident ingress and egress for transport units.
  • Assign MCI ICS positions: Begin with Triage Unit, Transportation Group, Ambulance Coordinator
  • Establish appropriate Branches, Groups, and
    Divisions.
  • Obtain MCI tactical channels: EMS Branch, Transportation Group and Medical Group
