Divides a retail unit into 6.1m depths starting from the front. Each depth is then divided in value by 50%

How does zoning work?
Zone A: 6.1m Zone B: 6.1m (value is 50% of zone A) Zone C: 6.1m (value is 25% zone A) Remainder: any space beyond 18.3m is valued at 12.5% of zone A
