45 days after completion, and will expire 90 days after lien is attached
Date of Completion:
The time when owner/general contractor completes publication of “notice of completion” (affidavit) to the Circuit Court. If not published then it will be based on one year after physical completion or abandonment

Court hearing to determine if the claim has probable cause(valid), after the hearing contractor has 90 days to collect compensation or foreclose on the property
