NOTE
• Pressing the FIRE/ARMED pushbutton and deploying the MAIN
extinguisher should put out most APU fires. If the FIRE warning remains
on for several seconds after the first bottle is deployed, the pilot should
then select the RESERVE extinguisher.
If FIRE warning is still illuminated after several seconds:

- INCAPACITATED PILOT ……………Ensure incapacitated pilot is CLEAR OF THE CONTROLS. If possible LOCK his/her SEAT HARNESS. If available, REQUEST CABIN CREW or the assistance of ONE PASSENGER to move the pilot’s seat fully aft with
his/her feet clear of the pedals.
