Double engine flameout / restart 2 engines
1 ignitions on. Both on
2 fuel pumps. Both on
3 throttles Idle
Thrust reverser inadvertent in-flight deployment
1 control wheel / autopilot. Grip / disengage
2 stow switch. Emer
3 throttle ( affected engine ). Idle
4 airspeed Reduce to 200 max
Thrust reverser unlock light on in flight
1 Stow switch. Emer
2 thrust reverser lever. Check lever is in stowed position
Engine fire engine fire switch illuminated, fire bell activated
1 throttle affected engine. Idle
If fire light remains active for 15 seconds
2 engine fire switch. Affected engine, lift cover and push
3 either illuminated bottle armed light. Push
Battery overheat light on ( dual battery )
1 check amperage
2 battery disconnect switch. Position to overheated battery
3 amperage. Note decrease
Battery overheat (single battery)
Switch battery off
Cockpit or cabin fire / smoke detect lights on
Oxygen masks on. Done and emergency
Smoke goggles on.
Cabin decompression
Oxygen masks on
Oxygen Mike switch on
Emergency descent as required
Jammed roll control system
1 Autopilot disconect
Pilot and co pilot control wheels. Release
Aileron / spoiler t-handle disconnect. Pull
Pilot and co-pilot control wheel. Verify roll response
Inadvertent stall
- auto pilot. Off
- Pitch attitude. Reduce
- Roll attitude. Level
- Throttles. Max thrust
Autopilot failure
Disconect
Emergency descent
- Throttles. Idle
- Speedbreaks and spoilers. Deploy
- Initial pitch attitude. 20’ down
Pitch trim runaway or failure
- Auto pilot Disconect
- Secondary trim switch On
- Trim. As required
Uncontrolled airplane roll
- Autopilot. Off
- Control wheel. Stop roll, turn opposite direction
If roll continues
- Spoiler hold down switch. On
- Aux hyd power. Off
