If A/THR is not active:
ALL THR LEVERS….. IDLE
SPEED BRAKES LEVER…. FULL
STALL RECOVERY
NOSE DOWN PITCH CONTROL… APPLY
BANK… WINGS LEVEL
When out of the stall:
THRUST… INCREASE SMOOTHLY
SPEEDBRAKES… CHECK RETRACTED
FLIGHT PATH… RECOVER SMOOTHLY
If in clean and below 20,000ft:
FLAP 1… SELECT
STALL WARNING AT LIFTOFF
THURST… TOGA
At the same time:
PITCH ATTITUDE… 12.5°
BANK.. WINGS LEVEL
UNRELIABLE AIR SPEED INDICATION
If the safe conduct of the flight is impacted:
AP…OFF
A/THR…OFF
FD….OFF
PITCH/THRUST
Below THR RED ALT……12.5dg/TOGA
Above THR RED ALT and Below FL100….. 10dg/CLB
Above THR RED ALT and Above FL100… 5dg/CLB
FLAPS (if CONF 0/1/2/3)… MAINTAIN
FLAPS (if CONF FULL )…. SELECT F3 AND MAINTAIN
SPEED BRAKES…. CHECK RETRACTED
L/G…. UP
TAWS CAUTION

TCAS CAUTION - TRAFFIC ADVISORY
If the AP/FD TCAS mode is available, the TCAS mode arms on FMA
TCAS mode…. CHECK ARMED (tcas blue)
If the A/THR is off:
A/THR….RECOMMENDED
Do not perform a manoeuvre based on TA alone.

If the AP/FD TCAS mode is available

If the AP/FD TCAS mode NOT available
WINDSHEAR WARNING
On ground, at take off:
(during takeoff roll “windshear” alert inhibited.)
Before V1:
If there are significant variation in airspeed, and in airspeed trend below V1, REJECT THE TAKEOFF
After V1:
THR LEVERS…. TOGA
REACHING VR… ROTATE NORMALLY
SRS ORDERS… FOLLOW
When airborne, during initial climb or at landing:
THR LEVERS AT TOGA… SET OR CONFIRM
AP (if engaged)… KEEP ENGAGED
SRS ORDERS… FOLLOW
If necessary, apply full backstick.
DO NOT CHANGE CONFIG (SLATS/FLAPS, GEAR)
CAREFULLY MONITOR FLIGHT PATH AND SPEED
RECOVER SMOOTHLY TO CLIMB WHEN OUT OF SHEAR.
Note: If the FD bars are not displayed, move toward an initial pitch attitude of 15dg.
