* Engine Start Select Switch - OFF
APU Fire
•Confirm APU automatic shutdown:
If APU BTL ARM or APU FIRE Advisory light remains illuminated after 7 seconds:
•EXTG switch - Press
OIL PRESSURE BELOW 44 psi or
“#1 ENG OIL PRESS” or
“#2 ENG OIL PRESS” (Warning Light)
Affected Engine:
•Engine Fail/Fire/Shutdown - Accomplish

Propeller Overspeed
Acceleration Altitude or above 400 AGL Affected Engine: •Power Lever - Flight Idle •Condition Lever - Start/Feather •Alternate Feather (if Req'd) - Fthr
If propeller does not feather:
-DO NOT SHUT DOWN ENGINE
•Alternate Feather - Off
•Condition Levers - Max
•Power Levers - operate together as Req’d to maintain desired flight profile
•Airspeed - reduce toward min speed appropriate to flap config and flight conditions
-Land immediately at nearest suitable airport
If propeller feathers:
•Engine Fail/Fire/Shutdown - Accomplish Immediately
Unscheduled Propeller Feathering
Acceleration Altitude or above 400 AGL
Affected Engine:
•Engine Fail/Fire/Shutdown - Accomplish Immediately
Propeller Ground Range Advisory Light Cycling
Power Levers - advance above Flight Idle
Engine Fail / Fire / Shutdown (in flight)
Acceleration Altitude or above 400 AGL
Affected Engine: •Power Levers - Flight Idle •Condition Levers - Fuel OFF •Alternate Feather (if Req'd) - Fthr •Pull Fuel/Hyd Off Handle - Pull •Tank AUX Pump - OFF

•Extg switch (affected engine) - Aft Btl
“SMOKE” (Warning Light) and “BAGGAGE FWD” or…

Roll Control Jam
-Pilot with free control wheel will fly the aircraft.
Roll Control Malfunction
•Roll Control - Apply to hold wings level
If continuous illumination of SPLR 1 or 2 PUSH OFF switchlights:
•Illuminated switchlights - Push OFF
If SPLR1 or SPLR2 push off switchlights do not illuminate:
Rudder Control Jam
•Use Roll Control as Required for directional control
