It is mandatory for all our Isis members measuring office and residential to comply with the following requirements

Answer 1

• provide a date of the measurements
• State the measuring methodology
• Provide reference to the scale and any plans
• State the conversion factor from metric to imperial
• The measurements in calculations must be clearly documented
• Retain record of the RICS member responsible to certify the above
