   B. Non-Voting members: Traffic admin, ETS, TCSI
   C. Quorum: Chair and 4 voting members
2. Firearms Qualification Review Board. 3 members
   A. Chair appointed by chief, ETS rep, bargaining unit rep.
3. Force Review Board. 7 total and Chair.
   A. ETS, 3 reps from patrol, APRS, Investigations, one more from anywhere.
   B. Chair is Force Review Captain
   C. 18 month term
   D. Quorum is 4. Vote is by majority
4. Safety and Health Committee. 6 members
   A. Three from management appt by Chief
   B. Three from bargaining units
   C. 1 year term
   D. Meet not less than once a quarter
5. Employee Recognition Committee
   A. Reps from each bureau
   B. Can be sworn, non-sworn, management or support staff
   C. 3-year term.
   D. Meet as needed.
6. Performance Review Committee. 7 members
   A. Chief Designee, HR, Patrol, APRS, ETS, EIS coordinator, Dept Risk Manager
   B. Meet monthly

   A. six members. 3 from Dept and 3 from guild.
   B. If unable to meet within a month, numbers can be dropped to four. (2 and 2).
   C. Board member cannot have had involvement in the PAS being appealed.
