Used to be 3 years but changing to 7

Can you go fight a fire first thing in the morning at 7 a.m. if was working untill 9pm the night before?

Duty times are exempt for public use (e.g. fighting fire).
If did not get 10 consecutive hours rest can fight a fire but cannot fly 135 tour/ops.
