What criteria must be met before an Amber alert Can be activated?
Amber alert shall be considered in all Missing children investigations.
Guidelines to be met:
Investigator beleives child under 18 has been abducted
Investigator bekeives child is in danger
There is descriptive information about: child, abductor vehicle
And investigator beleives an immediate broadcast alert will help in locating the child.
Missing person reports are accepted at the time that they are made and given full consideration and attention regardless of:
Where the Missing person resides.
Where the reportee resides
Reportees relationship to Missing person
Length of time the person has been Missing
Missing persons age,sex,race citizenship,ethnic origin,religion,sexual orientation,gender identity,gender expression,beleif,social standing,disability or lifestyle.
