Autoantibodies related to SLE are
ANA, anti-dsDNA, anti-Ro, anti-Sm and anti-La.
Behçet’s disease is primarily characterised by
recurrent mouth ulcers, along with genital ulceration, eye lesions and cutaneous manifestations. Oral ulcers can be aphthous or herpetiform. Raynaud’s phenomenon is not a feature. It is associated with the HLA-B51 allele; anti-dsDNA or ANAs are not seen.
