Multiple Planes Cutting A Plane Solid.

We already have the front view planed solid that has been cut by multiple planes.
How to find the sectioned shape on TV and WV ?

Answer 1

1- You have to know according to the drawings which kind of solid it is. (Pyramid , prisms , cube…) by noting the base shape and the number of faces , symmetry.

2-From the given finished view , count the amount of cutting planes , their position and type (vertical or horizontal or inclined)
3-Count the amount of faces that the different planes cut
4.Find the intersecting lines of those planes and the solid faces. Judge the visibility of those lines and their limits.
5. See if the cutting planes intersect each other. Find the intersecting lines Judge the visibility of those lines and their limits.
6. Add/delete main solid views , verify and thicken.
