• Problems breathing through one nostril as seen on tuning form
• Changes in smell and taste
• Clear polyp on examination

To finish the exam i would like to - full cranial nerve examination and refer to audiometry

By the bed - History, obs

Other - XRAY to see any destruction Refer to ENT urgently in unilateral as malignancy needs to be excluded

Scope to see up the nose

Conservative - Exaplain what it is

Medical - Topical nasal steroids or systemic steroids

Surgical - Polypectomy
