Question 4

What are the basic rules?

Answer 4

• Offside - must stay within set areas
• Footwork - must not move your landing foot when you have the ball
• 3 seconds - must not have the ball for longer than 3 seconds
• Obstruction - must be at least 1m away from the player who has the ball
• Contact - must not make contact with any other player
