• Chest Pain: 0.4 mg (1/150 gr) sublingually or spray, every 5 minutes
• PRN up to a total of 3 doses for persistent CP
• Pulmonary Edema: 0.4 mg (1/150 gr) sublingually or spray, every 5 minutes PRN titrated to symptoms and BP
• Nitropaste: system specific protocol
