214 arrest without warrant
Where an officer is satisfied on reasonable grounds arrest is necessary for
- witnesses (prevent interference)
- ensure appearance before court
- evidence (prevent caad)
- prevent further offending

Or
214A beach of bail: breaching 2 or more previously, authority from YA SGT, and RGTB will continue breaching bail
Define “VICTIM”
(i) a person against whom an offence is committed
(ii) person who by means of an offence suffers physical injury/loss or damage to property
(iii) parent of i or ii
(iv) member of immediate family of victim who died/made incapable
