70% Ignition Exciter de-energized

95% + 7 sec: MAX fuel solenoid valve energized
Pneumatic & Electrical pwr available

If no EGT rise then 1 AUTO restart (swing start):
Starter de-energized @ 20% & Re-energized @ 5%

Power plant Ignition settings

Answer 2

OFF - de-energizes ignition system

AUTO - active FADECs control ignition system automatically

    - one channel for ground start (14% N2)
    - both channels for air start.    (10% N2)
     - Auto relight.    (Above 53 % N2)

ON - commands FADEC to continuously activate both ignition channels; A & B

    - 1st flight of day
    - cold engine starts   SAT or oil < or equal 5       
                                                                 degrees C
    - External air or crossbleed start
    - Contaminated runway TO and < equal 10 C
    - Moderate or > turbulence or heavy precip
