What is personal reflection?
- Way of examining interaction between yourself, individual, group and the community
- to look at way you interact with your own micro world.
Who are the individuals in PR?
- people in your own family and outside family with who you interact with on a regular basis.
Who are groups in PR?
- institutions such as school, sporting teams, church groups and informal group of peers.
Who are community in PR?
local area that you feel linked to by formal ties such as paying council rates and informal ties such as being proud of you local footy club.

EVALUATE the effectiveness of PR as method of completing cross cultural study between you own culture and another, discuss one other methodology that could be useful for your research on your own culture.
PR is a methodology that requires you to think about your own experience, memories and opinions and relate them to a specific research topic you are undertaking. Not appropriate in all situations.
Requires honesty from researcher and some generalising. There could be some researcher bias as you are not representative of the whole Aust culture.
Other methodologies that could have been discussed are interview, content analysis and questionnaires.
