Dopamine 2-20 mcg/kg/min IV- BP <100 shock or persistent oliguria Dobutamine 2-20 mcg/kg/min IV- no signs of shock- poor contractility

If STEMI… PCI w/in 90 min, pants/underwear off
If STEMI and no PCI available… check contraindications and give lytics
tPA time in CVA
