A
An attempt by a police officer in a motor vehicle to stop and apprehend the occupant(s) of a moving vehicle, regardless of speed or distance, when the driver of the other vehicle is attempting to avoid apprehension or appears to be ignoring police attempts to stop them. A pursuit commences at the time you decide to pursue a vehicle that has ignored a direction to stop.

A

Towing vehicle parked contrary to signs
As per Police Handbook, police can tow vehicles in:
- Transit lanes
- length of road which clear way sign applies
- Bus Lanes
- T-way Lanes
Notify VKG to contact TMC to get Transport NSW to have vehicle moved.

Error in MobiPol Tickets
Within 72 Hours:
- If not submitted or complete, can be deleted. Reason must be entered and verified by supervisor
Outside of 72 Hours:
- Submit a report to supervisor outlining the circumstances and reason for error.
- Once supported, notify DTI and revenue NSW with report

Termination of Pursuit
All vehicles to cease to pursue, stop following and return to the legal speed limit. Turn off all warning devices as soon as possible and when safe.
