2. Hydraulic 1 AND 2 RSVR low with leak prior to T/R Shutoff
   (new LDI)

   (or other dynamic indications of imminent gearbox failure.
5. Fire that Persisit
   (Engine, APU, Cabin/Cockpit, Rotor Brake)
