- Feet points stronger than hands

Shu-Stream Points
- Treat heaviness of body and joints

Points Contraindicated in Pregnancy
- Avoid points that induce labor, move blood, or strongly stimulate uterus
- LI4, SP6, BL60, GB21, BL67
- CV points: CV1, CV3–CV8 (lower abdomen)
