No hip flexion past 90
No Internal Rotation
Do not Cross legs (ADD)
Seating for THR
Use a firm high chair.
Place a wedge between chair (eliminates ability to cross legs)
Used raised toilet seats
Bed positioning for a rotator cuff repair
Sidelying w/ a pillow between legs
Bed positioning for low back pain
Raise legs w/ pillows
Seat positioning for low back pain
Place a small towel rolled up under back/butt to provide an anterior tilt.
Have feet rest on a stepping stole to releive pressure off back.
