-and what it means to be a woman as they emphasise that diversity + multiple identities exist within womanhood. Argue gender is a spectrum of identities that intersect with other aspects of one’s life e.g. race and class.
-challenged earlier waves as generalise white, MC women’s experiences under a broad notion of sisterhood.

A

-women’s experiences shouldn’t be universalised but there should be a focus on solidarity
between women + other groups facing oppression in different ways.
-alliances be built between groups with differences in order to work together + build a more inclusive movement so systems of oppression can be challenged + dismantled.
