5. Medical Emergency - For medical emergencies of an immediate family member. (Option of using sick or up to 48 hours of vacation per fiscal year).

“Immediate family shall be defined as spouse, parent, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild (including legally adoptive relationships, current in-laws and step-relationships) or any of the previously mention specified relationships to the employee’s spouse, significant other or domestic partner.
