Position: Head of table, favour side of listing. (ARP = Right, ALP = Left)

Hand Placement: Posterior inferior aspect of atlas TVP with DIP/PIP

Tissue Pull: P-A, M-L slight I-S posterior arch of atlas to TVP

Head: Gently rotate the head away from you, maybe slight LF
Thrust: P-A, I-S, L-M

Head: Laterally flex the head and then rotate the head

A

Hand Placement: Acetabular ridge, palpate S3 tubercle laterally out towards the ilium.

Stabilisation: I-S pressure on upper arm
