• Preparation: Expected results, as well as how the work is to be performed are
described and agreed.
• Conduct: The work is guided towards the project’s goals through feedback and
control
• Terminate: The project is delivered, handover of resources, project assessment.

• DP1 Project initiation; Project objectives, WBS, SOW, responsibility and assignment matrix, prel.
budget & project plan, agreed to DP2 and / or DP3.
• DP2 Preparations continue/ terminated; Project organization, roles, staffing, prel. project plan,
