Susepcted parasomnia with unusual or atypical feathres
1) for arousals and sleep disturbances that present like seizures (clinical eval and std EEG are inconclusive)

2) sleep related behaviours that are violent or potentially injurious

3) for cases with forensic implications either with onset following trauma or associated with injurious behavior
