Products of light reaction:
NADPH, O2, ATP
chemical equation for photosynthesis:
CO2 + H2O + light energy -> organic compounds + O2
equation for cellular respiration:
organic compounds + O2 -> CO2 + H20 + energy
equation for aerobic respiration:
Organic Compounds+6O2-> 6CO2+6H20+energy
Function of stomata - what gases go in? Which go out?
Stomata are openings/pores on the underside of leaves. Stomata are also the major passageways through which CO2 enters and 02 leaves a plant. The function of the stomata is to let CO2 enter the plant and let O2 leave the plant.
