4 parameter model, log-logistic (give slope, upper limit, lower limit and LC/EC50)
With a dose response you have, concentration, effect (like survival in %) and then the 4 parameters. The parameters together, a little tweaked, build the dose response model. Putting the 4 parameters together gives you convergence (combining the 4) this needs to be all equally used to create a good looking dose response curve, trying to fit the curve to the data.
