A

Marker beacons;
Locators;
Approach lighting;
Glide Path;
Localiser.

INOP. ILS COMPONENTS…

A

If Localiser is inoperative, cannot fly the ILS;
If Glide Path is in inoperative, approach is still allowable but with greater minima;
If Marker Beacons are not available, then either GPS or DME can be used.

Runway edge lighting;
Threshold lighting;
Illuminated wind direction indicator;
Obstacle lighting;
Taxiway lighting;

What are the pariah runway lighting failure requirements? (AIP ENR 1.1 p90)

A

There is no change during VMC (day or night);
In IMC, prevailing vis. must be equal or greater than published minimum in instrument approach;
lighting requirements increased by x 1.5.
