Development Module 2
3 different sub-modules will be completed by the recruits, going through 3 different disciplines (classes). Those being AirC2, Line Management Responsibilities, Care and Welfare in Leadership.
Further learning and application of leadership theory in a practical environment
Educating on physical training and health, promoting exercise autonomy

What is the name of phase 4 and what will you be learning
A
Consolidation Module
Split into two phases, Consolidation Phase and the Transition & Graduation Phase
Consolidation Phase is a mixture of practical and written examinations and exercises
You will also be taking part in a C2 mock exercise, a week long management exercise at Granton
So long as results are satisfactory, the recruit moves on to “Transition and Graduation phase”
