Symptoms must be present
FEV1 (of predicted) in Stage 2 / “moderate” COPD
50-78%
FEV1 (of predicted) in Stage 3 / “severe” COPD
30-49%
FEV1 (of predicted) in Stage 4 / “very severe” COPD
<30%
