Criteria:

• Tonsillar exudate
• Tender anterior cervical lymphadenopathy or lymphadenitis
• History of fever (over 38 degrees Celsius)
  -Absence of cough

Need 3/4 to be diagnosd with bacterial
2 point = culture but no antibiotics
