- are found with a flattish indented centre like doughnuts without a hole
- haemoglobin is the protein in red blood cells that carry oxygen
- red blood cells also remove co2 from your body

(White Blood cells)
- only account for about 1% of your blood

Platelets will clot a damaged area so that it can heal without excess blood loss

-occipital branch (supplies the back of the head and scalp)
temporal branch (supplies the sides of the face and skin)
facial branch (supplies muscles and tissues of the face)
