COMPENSATION FOR NON-USE

REMEDIES FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Mediation- all disputes shall be settled within 10 working days.

Arbitration - proceed to arbitration, shall parties failed to settle during mediation proceedings. Adjudication - shall in NO case exceed 20 working days. •Replacement of the motor vehicle with similar or comparable to motor vehicle. Accept the return of motor vehicle and pay the consumer the purchase price plus collateral charges.

DISCLOSURE ON RESALE
