A
Bowing deformity.
Metaphyseal splaying- widening of the metaphyseal ends.
Cupped/ frayed metaphysis.
Osteopenia.
(Demineralised epiphysis.)

A
Poorly calcified bone formation.

What could two differential for splaying of metaphyseal ends be ?
A
Lead poisoning and Fibrous dysplasia.
