Immunocompromised or diabetic

Start treatment ASAP.
Wash towels and bedsheets regularly.
Do not share towels, combs, or bedsheets.
Keep skin clean and wash hands after touching animals, soil, or infected person.
Don’t scratch it.

Ringworm OTC treatment.

Clotrimazole 1% cream (usually) or spray (if large SA or particularly hairy) 2-3x per day for at least 2 weeks.
