1. 12 lead ECG
2. Treat any presenting dysrhythmias
3. Consider & manage reversible causes

OXYGENATION & VENTILATION
- maintain SpO2 >94%
- consider advance airway
- maintain EtCO2 of 30-40mmHg
- if no EtCO2 ventilate at a rate of 8-12
- do not hyperventilate

OPTIMISE CIRCULATION
- aim for SBP >100mmHg for adults
- aim for SBP >80mmHg for children

Consider:
- appropriate posturing
- adrenaline
