• BA Sector requires to be resourced with CU and a pumping appliance.
• Set up a BA comms network with each ECPS and the IC, make sure radio is on channel 1.
• Ensure BA Sector board clock is synchronized with initial BA board.
• Identify location of each ECP, record name of each ECPS on the BA Sector board/CSS.
• Ensure stage 2 is in place and properly resourced.
  Regular updates to IC.
• Establish and record requirements for relief teams required by ECPS.
• Provide BA Emergency teams to standby at each ECP .
