1* (GI) and 2* (extra GI) -rule out 2* first

> Metabolic - hepatic disease (PSS) - Hyperthyroidism (cats) - Addisons disease (dogs) - Renal sufficiency > Pancreatic - EPI - Chronic pancreatitis
