what treatment would you offer limited stage T1-4, N0-3

A
  • 4-6 cycles of cisplatin, bidaily. start RT during 1st or 2nd cycle
  • if patient cannot tolerate bidaily then 1 times a day
  • 45Gy in 30# over 3 weeks
  • or offer chemo first followed by sequential RT

A
  • platinum based chemo if fit enouugh, max 6 cycles
  • if partial or complete response the thoracic RT and cranial irradiation
  • 25Gy in 10#
  • concurrent chemo RT or sequential
