• Viewing multiple data sources in one template. In Workstation, you would have to navigate from one report to another. Coding lets you see all information at the same time
• Dynamic: is highly flexible in terms of changing identifiers and time periods
• Some clients primarily work in Excel, like Analysts.
• To implement FDS data into existing financial models/reports.
• To create new models/reports from Scratch
